Overview:
Paint Escape ABN 91324275234 (referred to in these terms as “Paint Escape”, “we”, “us”, and “our”), is dedicated to establishing and upholding a secure environment for all studio attendees. This commitment entails adherence to all relevant laws, the establishment of procedures and policies for the identification, management, and minimization of risks, and the promotion of a culture of shared responsibility for compliance.
We have formulated these Conditions of Entry to delineate the responsibilities of every member of our community, which, together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, govern all studio guests, staff, and visitors (including models).
By registering for and attending any Event, you acknowledge that you have perused, comprehended, agreed to abide by, and have had an opportunity to seek clarification on any aspects of these Terms.

Behavior:
All guests are expected to exhibit, endorse, and promote safe and respectful behavior towards fellow guests, Paint Escape staff, third-party entertainers, and visitors.
This includes:
Being courteous, considerate, and respectful to others; Using language that is inclusive and respectful; Respecting the privacy and personal space of others; Respecting Paint Escape’s property; Following instructions provided by Paint Escape staff without impeding the experience for others; and Arriving 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of your session.
Any guest employing rude, offensive, obscene, threatening, or profane language, engaging in nudity, touching, or making inappropriate physical gestures, prior to or during a studio session, will be denied entry to, or asked to leave, the studio, as determined at the sole discretion of Paint Escape staff.
Our Paint Escape staff are committed to demonstrating, promoting, and encouraging safe and respectful behavior towards fellow guests, Paint Escape staff, third-party entertainers, and visitors, including:
Being polite, kind, and courteous to others; Using language that is inclusive and respectful; Respecting the privacy of others; Wearing a uniform and/or a name badge for clear identification; Providing guidance that is fair, respectful, and appropriate; and Monitoring responsible consumption of alcohol.
Photography of Classes:
Paint Escape Staff:
For the purpose of social media content, internal training, and quality control measures, our staff may record portions or entire private or public classes or events.
Our staff will notify guests at the beginning of a class if recording is taking place, and guests may opt out of being filmed. Photos or recordings of classes may be published or used in promotional material by Paint Escape or Paint Escape Head Office.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time, and while Paint Escape will retain ownership of this media, any request from a guest to remove their images will be fulfilled as soon as reasonably possible (but no later than 2 business days from the date of the request).
We request that any requests for removal of photos be sent via email to [email protected] with the subject line ‘urgent photo removal request’.
No images are to be captured of minors unless permission is granted by the parent or guardian.
Paint Escape Guests:
Guests are permitted to take photos or videos during their classes under the following conditions:
Photographs/videos only feature them/their group; Photographs/videos should not disrupt the class; Staff and models should be asked for consent to be included in photos and have the right not to be photographed/filmed if they request; Filming of large portions or entire classes is not permitted; Guests, staff, and educators are equally encouraged to raise any issues or concerns with Paint Escape managers on-site regarding any breaches of privacy.
Paint Escape reserves the right to inspect, stop, or delete any images/video material if inappropriate photography is suspected and escalate the matter to appropriate authorities if necessary.
Inappropriate photography or videos taken by a guest will result in immediate ejection from the class.

Third Party Entertainment (including topless waiters, drag queens, or others):
Third-party entertainment engaged by Paint Escape will attend certain events (as advertised at the time of booking) which may include partial nudity as part of their role.
Under no circumstances will third-party entertainment be permitted to expose their full body (full body nudity) or be solicited for any escort services.
If any of these conditions are breached by third-party entertainment or guests, you will be requested to leave the studio, and a ban will be implemented for any future Paint Escape events. Additionally, local authorities may be contacted, and fines or other penalties may apply to the individuals and the venue as governed by applicable laws.
Environment:
Surveillance:
For the safety and security of guests and staff, please note that recorded video surveillance and silent alarms may be in use.
Cleaning:
Studios and equipment will be regularly cleaned and/or sanitized between classes as applicable. Please notify our Paint Escape staff if you notice anything that requires our attention.
What to Wear:
Due to the nature of the activity, we ask that all guests wear comfortable, appropriate clothing for the events. We appreciate clothing not featuring any profanity or insensitive slogans or statements. While we provide protective aprons, Paint Escape does not accept responsibility for any losses or damages incurred to clothing or personal items.
What to Bring (or not to bring!):
We ask that guests bring minimal, if any, accessories to their classes due to limited space within the studios. We are unable to provide lockable space for your valuables, and Paint Escape does not accept responsibility for any losses or damages incurred to clothing or personal items.
Smoking (including e-cigarettes/vaping):
Paint Escape studios are strictly smoke-free, including e-cigarettes or vaping, and smoking is not permitted under any circumstances.
Catering & Allergies:
Paint Escape uses local catering companies, and therefore, inclusions in our Grazing Boxes may vary. Our Grazing Boxes include food that contains or may contain peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, sesame seeds, fish, shellfish, soy, lupin, and wheat.
Please specify any dietary requirements, food intolerances, or allergies you have during the event booking process or prior to the event to allow us to accommodate them when organizing food with relevant vendors.
While we will make every effort to cater to your dietary requirements, accommodate any allergies or intolerances, and take reasonable steps to avoid contamination between food products, we cannot guarantee that the food provided will be free of allergens. If you require medical attention at any time during the event, you acknowledge that we will share the relevant information provided by you on your Booking Registration with emergency response or paramedic personnel. You will be solely responsible for any costs associated with said treatment.
You understand and accept that you consume the food provided at your own risk, and we shall not be liable for any allergic reactions or health issues that may arise as a result of consuming the food.
Emergency:
In the event of an emergency, please follow all directions of Paint Escape staff. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with our Emergency Exits (which are clearly labeled and free of obstruction) should an evacuation be required.
Alcohol:
For alcohol consumption you will be asked to provide your ID.
For paint and sip sessions booked at local parks or any outdoor location, it is the responsibility of the customer to obtain necessary council approval prior to booking with Paint Escape. Please be aware that certain locations may have specific regulations or requirements regarding events and gatherings. It is imperative that customers ensure compliance with local regulations before confirming a session with us.
Also please note that all our painting are inspired by the works of other Artists.
Paint Escape Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
Gift vouchers are valid until the expiry date quoted on the voucher.
Vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the person whose name is on the voucher.
Vouchers can only be used for 2-hour paint and sip sessions.
Please check our website for the availability of 2-hour sessions.
Advanced booking is essential to secure your preferred date and time.
Bookings are subject to session availability.
To redeem the voucher, please provide your full name by contacting us directly.
A unique code will be issued within 24 hours of requesting and is required to complete the booking.
Bookings cannot be confirmed without this unique code.
Failure to attend without prior notice will result in the voucher being marked as redeemed.
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products/services.
Vouchers can only be used once and must be presented at the time of booking.
Paint Escape reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
